Absolutely not! The treatment is very comfortable, and we adjust the intensity based on your individual tolerability.

Each treatment session lasts 30 minutes. Recommended 4 biweekly sessions (twice a week,) or 4 weekly sessions, depending on your schedule/ availability.

It is a comfortable treatment and you can relax with a magazine, or even keep working online if you have a busy day!
During the treatment, you will feel some muscles contractions. Tingling in the areas treated may be noticed for up to a few hours after treatment

For optimum results, we advise a course of 4-6 sessions.
The improvement in muscle toning, strengthening of the muscles and firming will increase following each session. You should adhere to a healthy lifestyle to maintain the results overtime.
